"All that they claim! We are a family of 5 including 3 teen/young adults. We all enjoyed having enough space to be together for dinners, games and hanging out while also having the option to retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms for private time. The dining room table seats six or more for sit-down meals, while the breakfast bar is great for a quick snack. Plus, you can always eat outdoors around the pool!
Some guests like to save a lot of money on their trip by
cooking virtually all their meals in our fully equipped kitchen
- we've even heard of cakes being baked! While others prefer
to use the kitchen to save on breakfast and some lunches, but
mainly eat out for dinner. Either way, our self-catering villa is
set up so you can dine however you'd like.
The stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and microwave oven make light work of meal preparation; and the garbage disposal and dishwasher help with the clean up. You'll also appreciate the small appliances like a toaster, electric kettle for tea lovers, electric coffee maker for your morning java jolt - even an electric blender for some tropical mixed drinks. We also keep a few bottles of "loaner" wine ready (see top right of photo!) in case guests run short.
This master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, plenty of space and features a direct walkout to the pool area, along
with an ensuite bathroom which also opens directly to the
pool, so you can come directly into the bathroom to dry off or
change.

This master suite is located at the front of the villa, and is well separated from the other bedrooms. It has a seaside decor with lighthouses and beach elements, a comfortable queen bed
and ensuite bathroom. Having two ensuite bedrooms allows
two familites to stay in the villa together in comfort.
The front ensuite bathroom features a walk-in double shower, and the three full bathrooms in the villa let your group get ready faster in the morning so you can head to the theme parks sooner!
This bedroom is perfect for younger guests and features two
twin beds, a Nintendo video game system, cable tv and a
selection of stuffed animals for children to enjoy.
This bedroom has an ocean feel with blues and seaside decor. It has two comfortable twin beds and is located next to the main bathroom.
During your stay, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the fast-paced arced-style basketball game. Two players play at once and the electronic scoring lets everyone know who the champ is - and the best thing is that athletic skill is not really necessary!

The computer desk in the games room allows you to connect your laptop computer to the multifunction printer/fax/copier. This multifunction printer is really handy for printing airline boarding passes, discount coupons, travel directions, and even ... catching up with work!
Bring along your laptop or tablet computer to use the villa's free wifi high speed wireless internet access. Teenagers can keep up to date with Facebook and Twitter, and adults can check their home or office email while relaxing at the pool. Also, for those who like more traditional types of communication, you get free long distance calling to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada - all at no extra charge.
The washer and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron, let you freshen your wardrobe during your stay. If you plan to do some laundry during your stay, you can pack less clothing for your trip.
The entire area in which the villa is located still has many productive orange groves, supplying one of Florida's most famous products. There are orange trees on the community, and you are welcome to pick them if you wish.
