Our Disney vacation rental pool home offers you all the comforts of home, but you'll definitely feel on holiday! It is professionally maintained by local property managers who are available to help ensure your stay is pleasant. The cleaning staff fully prepares the villa for your arrival and you'll find fresh linens and towels just as you would in a fine hotel. The pool, lawns and gardens of the home are also professionally maintained to extremely high standards. You can expect the home to be exceptionally clean and well-prepared for your stay.
The spectacular, SOUTH-WEST FACING PRIVATE POOL AREA will likely be the centre of your activities at the villa. With it's premium pie-shaped corner lot, southwest exposure and open space behind, you get all day sun on the pool (from mid-morning right until sunset). You also get unobstructed sunset views and plenty of privacy with no rear neighbors. Ours is the ideal direction for a pool home to be located for maximum sunshine on the pool, and the fact that you won't feel watched by rear neighbours makes our vacation home's property location absolutely ideal - and quite rare.
But there's lots more to entertain your family or group. In the great room, there's a big screen high definition cable TV with DVD player so you can watch your favorite shows or movies. The premium cable package receives about 300 channels (digital, high definition and music), so if there are sports events or a tv show you want to keep up with, you should have no difficulty finding it here. Three of the bedrooms also have their own personal cable TV; there's a Nintendo video game system in one of the bedrooms with plenty of games to play. The garage has been converted into an air conditioned games room that can easily entertain a crowd with its high-quality 8' pool table, 32" flat screen tv, computer desk with multifunction printer and wifi high speed internet access, an arcade-style basketball game and an electronic darts game - all free for you to enjoy!

We try to keep it as clean as possible and enjoyable for everyone, so there is no smoking permitted in the house or on the pool deck, and pets are not allowed.

General Home Features:
4 Spacious Bedrooms:
- The first master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with standup double-sized shower, direct access to the pool area from both the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and a cable TV.
- The second master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom also with a standup double-sized shower and cable TV.
- The third bedroom has two twin beds and a cable TV with Nintendo video game system.
- The fourth bedroom also has two twin beds.
3 Bathrooms (2 master suite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom):
- Having 3 bathrooms makes it much easier for a family to get ready and out to the theme parks or attractions in the morning without having to wait for your turn in the bathroom.
-The ensuite bathroom with direct pool access is very convenient for a quick washroom break, to change clothes or shower directly after a swim.

Great Room (living & dining) with vaulted ceilings:
- The open concept layout of the home gives plently of room for a family or two. There's approximately 2,000 square feet of air conditioned living space, and the Florida seaside decor give the villa a bright, airy feel. If definitely feels like a summer home with lighthouses, ships and beach accents throughout the villa.
- The living area has a sofa and loveseat, along with a 37" high definition flat screen TV with high definition digital cable and DVD player that lets you watch your favourite shows or movies. It receives about 300 channels (digital, high definition and music), so if there are sports events or a tv show you want to keep up with, you should have no difficulty finding it here. We provide a selection of DVD movies to keep the kids occupied, and you'll appreciate the Nickelodeon and kids tv channels available while you prepare dinner or unwind after the day! There are also plenty of books to read while you're relaxing by the pool.
- The dining area has a table seating six along with a breakfast bar with two stools, plus plenty of dishes and tableware.
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar:
- Contains a full size refrigerator, stove with range, microwave oven, dishwasher, and in-sink kitchen waste disposer, make it easy to prepare a wide range of meals if you wish.
- An electric coffee maker and electric kettle are available for your use.
- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils so you can get a little creative in the kitchen.
Large Private, Screened-in Inground Pool with Oversized Deck Area and Optional Gas Pool Heating:
- The extra large 28' x 14' pool has plenty of space, and offers several stepped areas for lazing around and relaxing in the water. Most large pools use up most of their deck space, but ours has an oversized deck area with plenty of chairs and loungers to seat 10 comfortably. Also, when the weather is cool, it's nice to know that we have available optional gas pool heating which is the most effective type of pool heating available. It is capable of heating the water quicker and maintains temperatures better than other villas heating systems. Don't be misled by inferior electric heat pumps (which most orlando vacation homes have) or solar heat - neither of which can heat the pool effectively in cool weather. Sometimes, this type of heating is offered "FREE!" to guests at other villas, but the fact is that it doesn't predictably heat the water like our gas heating - which costs more but really works! Also, audible pool alarms are on all villa doors which lead to the pool area. These alarms sound when a door is opened without pressing an override button located at adult height, giving you some added comfort if you're staying with small children.
Laundry Facilities:
- A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board let you pack less clothes and travel lighter by washing them during your down time at the villa if you like.
Games Room:
- The 2 car garage has been completely finished and air conditioned for comfort to become an amazing games room with high quality 8' pool table, electronic darts, arcade style basketball game and a computer desk with wifi high speed internet and fax/printer/copier free for your use. Just bring your laptop or ipad along to connect to friends and family through the internet. Note that games rooms in most other villas aren't air conditioned and much of the time it's too hot and uncomfortable to really enjoy the room.
High-Def TV and DVD:
- A 37" high definition flat screen TV with high definition digital cable and DVD player with movies in the great room, and 32" flat screen tv in the games room.
Free Use of Wifi High Speed Internet and Multifunction Copier/Fax/Printer:
- just bring your laptop along and connect to our wifi high speed internet access to stay in touch with friends and family, check on activities and directions, take care of important work that can't wait, and print airline boarding passes. You'll require a usb port on your laptop to connect the printer cable into, and you'll need to install printer drivers to make use of the printer.
