Guests have said very positive things about their stay at our vacation rental home. We ask our guests to give us their feedback on their stay by answering a few questions regarding their stay.

No biased family members are quoted here, and virtually all of the people below had no idea who we were before staying in our Orlando vacation rental home. Many of them have agreed to allow email contact by prospective guests if you'd like to get more details directly from them about their stay. "All that they claim! Recently returned from 10 days at the villa. We are a family of 5 including 3 teen/young adults. We all enjoyed having enough space to be together for dinners, games and hanging out while also having the option to retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms for private time. Kids especially loved the wi-fi as it allowed them to keep in touch with their friends via facebook etc. Pool was lovely and outdoor space clean and quiet. "First appeal was the outward appearance; fabulous landscape. The other draw was the no rear facing neighbours ... really admired the privacy your home afforded. (We) found the entire process very easy (and were) surprised at how smoothly it went. Your communication and response to emails was great. It was reassuring to know that you were on top of our needs. (We) appreciated the quiet, secure neighbourhood.

You have a lovely home; very well maintained. Your home was very clean and nicely decorated. Bright and welcoming. It amazes me that your home sees so much traffic, yet remains clean and well maintained. The villa was spotless on our arrival; freshly scrubbed and vacuumed. Thank you for the abundant supply of towels, including beach type towels for use by the pool. We enjoyed the privacy the layout afforded us and the convenience of separate bathrooms. Excellent layout with master suites divided front and back. The 3 bathrooms were a necessity.

I would rate our experience as a 10 out of 10! The pricing/value was fabulous for us. The math is easy: To stay at a hotel/Disney resort I would have needed 3 rooms to accomodate our group; we did well at your home for a fraction of the cost and enjoyed enhanced privacy and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Orlando, much due to your sharing your home with us."

I found you to be the easiest and most reliable to deal with of all the owners that I had contacted about vacation villas. The house was exactly as picture and detailed on your website. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay there.

The computer was especially a nice fringe detail, as many did not offer this service. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The price could not be beat, as we would have had to rent 2 hotel rooms, not to mention the savings on meals. It was also the best way to vacation with a two year old, as she would have gone crazy being couped up in a hotel room all week. The kids loved the pool and it was a pleasure to have it all to ourselves.

"(The villa) looked very clean, good price. (Web site) information was very accurate. You were a dream to deal with. Instructions were very clear and timely, and the directions were very clear and concise.

The community was great. Very quiet and very clean. It was nice to have the fields in behind and the cows were a nice touch! The outside was exactly like the pictures and it was very clean and well maintained. We met the lawn maintenance man and he was very warm and friendly. We also met the bug sprayer man and he was very nice and professional.

The inside was also exactly like the pictures and very clean. Nicely decorated. Had pretty much everything we needed. The Villa was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked great. The kids (liked best) the pool and the good kids channels on the TV (Spongebob/Hannah Montanna/I Carly) We loved the feel of being in a house with all the amenities and could walk out to our own pool. Much better than a hotel room.

The pool was great. Definitely worth getting the heater on. The kids loved the pool toys and we liked the large supply of chairs.

We enjoyed the Villa immensely. We will definitely try to come back again, this time without Disney and just chill and do a waterpark or two. It would be nice to come back with friends with kids and share the costs and the good times.

"The villa looked new and very clean with dated photos (Great idea!). Your website was excellent with clear info and great pictures. What we saw here was actually what we got and more! You were excellent to deal with. All the info we needed was included with your website and your communication with us was great. It was very easy to get to the villa as it is just off the I-4 which is the main artery to go anywhere in Orlando. Only a few minutes off the highway!

The community was very quiet and pool area was very private with no neighbours at the back. The exterior of the area is very well maintained as was the inside of the home. All the furnishings appear to be new. This was the cleanest home we have rented! Everything worked fine except the Nintendo game which didn't work (owners note: has been checked and is working properly). My grandson brought his own so it really didn't matter to us.

There isn't really a best thing to like (about the villa) as everything was great! The extra touches like pool toys, DVD's, free long distance in North America as both my Husband and I kept in touch with our offices, Computer with internet access, printer and fax which we used, foil wrap and saran wrap which you might use once or twice, first aid kit as we needed a bandaid, small hangers in kids room and stuffed dolls (nice touch), lots of dishware and cutlery so you are not washing dishes all the time, nite light and lots of pool furniture.

The pool temperature was perfect and because we had some cool days we were glad we had it. Overall, I would give this villa a "10"! The only problem we had was that the previous tenant had cooked with curry and it took several days to get the smell out because you can't open the back doors and windows because of the alarm. The alarm did give us peace of mind seeing as we had two young children with us. The pricing of the villa was good. It was a little more than previous rentals but we wanted our own pool this time. I would certainly recommend your villa to anyone I hear wants to rent a home in Orlando. Thank you for renting us your villa and we look forward to doing it again! Loved your villa and would gladly return."

"We loved your villa and would gladly return to enjoy more time there. The week went by way too fast!! Everything stated in the ad is as advertised on personal inspection of the villa. I really liked that you showed the dates the photos were taken as sometimes what you see in pictures is not what you get.

You were extremely easy to deal with and I was impressed with how quickly you responed to our inquiry. The community was quiet, clean and safe. The exterior of the villa is inviting, and well maintained. I love palm trees so was happy to see the one on the lawn.

The interior was immaculate, an excellent layout, spacious, well equipped and just how I would decorate a vacation home. Loved all the lighthouse decor!!!! The villa was extremely clean in all areas. Everything looked well cared for (an improvement over previous rentals).

We loved it (the villa) and would love to own it! The games room was a fun bonus and we loved the pool. There wasn't anything we didn't like. The pool temperature was fine and we had great fun in it - even my brother who usually doesn't swim!

I would say (rating enjoyment of the villa) 9.5 out of 10. The pricing was fair and current with what we have paid previously. Absolutely (would recommend the villa to others), we have already been singing your villas praises!

"We were very happy with the house, it was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the pictures (which of course we liked). The little extras like the computer/printer and the free Canada/USA phone calls were a nice bonus and helped us a lot with our day to day planning. The area/location of the house was very nice also, quiet and safe and we were very comfortable there. So comfortable in fact, none of us wanted to leave.....ha ha.
